How to Add Contacts to an Email Sequence in KoldReach
What you'll accomplish
KoldReach lets you enroll people from the People list after their records are saved. Enrollment is an operational step: verify the audience, Gmail connection, sequence copy, and contact data before selecting anyone.
Before you begin

- A saved sequence
- Gmail connected if the sequence will send
Step-by-step instructions

Prepare the sequence
Open Sequences and inspect the sequence name, Email Steps, preview, settings, and activation state. Fix copy or timing before enrolling contacts.

Open People and filter
Select People from the sidebar. Use the search field for name, company, email, or title and the status selector to narrow the audience. Filtering before selection reduces accidental enrollment.

Select the intended contacts
Use the checkbox in each row or the table header checkbox for the filtered set. Check that each person has permission to be contacted and that the email address is usable.

Choose Add to Sequence
With contacts selected, use the selection toolbar’s Add to Sequence button. Choose the correct sequence in the modal and submit the enrollment. Do not use Email as a substitute; that action has a separate Gmail requirement.

Verify enrollment
Open a selected person’s profile and inspect the sequence information. Then open the sequence Overview to confirm enrolled counts and the timeline. Check Activity for scheduled or sent work before assuming the process is complete.
Tips and troubleshooting
Selecting the whole list by accident
Apply a search or status filter first, then confirm the selected count. The header checkbox selects the filtered rows.
Enrolling a duplicate
Review the person’s existing sequence information. If the contact is already active in a sequence, avoid starting overlapping outreach.
Expecting immediate delivery
Enrollment and sending are distinct. Review sequence settings, Gmail state, schedule, and Activity for the actual status.
