These Terms of Service govern your use of KoldReach. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KoldReach.

2. The service

KoldReach provides tools for organizing professional relationships, applications, notes, and follow-ups. Features may change as we maintain and improve the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate information, and all activity under your account. You must not share access in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use KoldReach unlawfully, abusively, or deceptively.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with the service or bypass its security controls.
• Use Gmail or messaging features to send unwanted or unlawful communications.
• Upload content that infringes rights or contains malicious code.

5. Your content and integrations

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant KoldReach the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. When you connect Gmail, you authorize the actions and data access described in the connection flow and can disconnect the integration at any time.

6. Availability and disclaimers

KoldReach is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or any employment, recruiting, or networking outcome. You are responsible for reviewing messages and data before relying on them or sending them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using KoldReach at any time and request deletion of your account.
